Greeter Island was created in collaboration with ArtsBarnstable, DPW Structures & Grounds, AmeriCorps and Artist Cris Reverdy.
Enlarged oyster shells, beach grass and sand helped transform the parking island into a beach island where guests can get a shell at the Welcome center to sign a greeting and have it placed within the “dune” area.
