Employee Benefits Advisory Committee

 
The Employee Benefits Advisory Committee (EBAC) was formed in February of 1986 to fulfill a part of MGL Chapter 32B defining insurance for municipal / government employees. EBAC serves as an Advisory Committee to the Town Manager. EBAC is not a policy rendering committee but a review committee, which surveys benefits and makes recommendations for benefits on behalf of all town employees to the Town Manager.
